HVAC is a regulated trade in Ontario for a reason — bad gas work and bad refrigerant handling have real consequences. Here's the credentials we hold and how to verify them.
Fully licensed
Licensed for HVAC and gas work in the Province of Ontario. TSSA registration and current G-class gas technician licence on file. Available on request.
Fully insured
General liability + commercial auto. Certificate of insurance available on request. Property owners and condo boards can be added as additional insured if required.
WSIB cleared
Active WSIB account in good standing. Clearance certificate available on request for any project where it's required.
Honest about what we don't have
We don't claim manufacturer certifications we don't actually hold. If a specific brand-dealer status matters to you for the install, ask at the quote — we'll tell you straight.

About our licensing.
Are you licensed for gas work?
Yes. The technician holds a current Ontario gas technician licence required for furnace, gas-fired equipment, and gas-line work. Licence number available on request.
What insurance do you carry?
General liability insurance plus commercial auto. Certificate of insurance available on request. We can name a property owner or condo board as additional insured if required for the install.
Are you WSIB-cleared?
Yes. WSIB clearance certificate available on request.
Why aren't all the licence numbers posted publicly?
Posting credential numbers publicly is fine on paper but creates an attractive target for impersonators and identity-spoof scams in the trades. We share them directly when you ask — at quote-time, or by request before booking.
Are you a Carrier / Lennox / Goodman / Trane authorized dealer?
We work with a range of major-brand equipment and source the right unit for the job rather than pushing one brand. We don't make manufacturer-dealer claims we can't fully back up — if that matters to you for a specific install, ask at the quote.
